Gulf — extreme ambient heat
Sustained high ambient temperature pushes oil and winding temperatures up. Worth specifying: higher-temperature seals, weather covers for protection devices, and fans rated for the site ambient.
Gulf — sand & dust ingress
Fine dust fouls breathers and terminal boxes. Worth specifying: breather housing with adequate capacity and a serviceable dust path, gasketed terminal boxes, and spare gel for more frequent changes.
Southeast Asia — humidity & coastal salt
Condensation and salt-laden air attack enclosures and contacts. Worth specifying: stainless or coated hardware where relevant, and moisture absorbers with cobalt-free gel where required.
South Asia — monsoon & condensation
Long wet seasons plus large day/night temperature swings drive water into breathers and relay housings. Worth specifying: breather capacity sized for the season, and sealed terminal boxes on protection devices.
Build Your Stocking List in Four Steps
List your fleet
Transformer ratings, voltage class, and the number of units per site. Even a rough count is enough to start.
Identify the parts
Nameplate photos or the old part's model number. If you only have a photo, send it — we identify it.
Set the quantities
Consumables (gel, gaskets) are usually annual; protection devices are usually one or two spares per fleet. We will suggest quantities but the call is yours.
Consolidate & ship
Everything goes into one quotation and one shipment, with inspection records and export documents together.
Frequently Asked
Can I mix many different parts in one order?
Yes — that is the main reason customers use us. Mixed lines are consolidated from the manufacturing partners into one shipment so you pay freight and customs handling once. Minimum quantity per line is TBD* and confirmed at quotation.
I only have a photo of the old part, no model number.
Send it. Include something for scale (a tape measure or a coin) and note the pipe or flange size if you know it. Identification from photos is routine for us.
How long does a consolidated order take?
Lead time depends on the mix of lines and is TBD* per order. We confirm it in the quotation rather than quoting a generic number.
Can you ship to a free zone or a third-country project site?
Destination is handled case by case — tell us the port or door address and we quote under the Incoterm you prefer. Available options are TBD* per destination.
Do you provide inspection before shipment?
Every order ships with inspection records. Third-party inspection (SGS / BV / TÜV) before loading can be arranged — scope and cost TBD*.
