Vacuum Butterfly Valve — Eccentric Disc Type
Quarter-turn isolation valve for transformer oil lines: between tank and conservator, on radiator and cooler circuits, and at filter/drain connections. The eccentric disc seals progressively against the seat, holding vacuum during oil filling and maintenance — so the conservator can be isolated without a full oil drain.

| DN 80 / DN 100 | Radiator and small cooler circuits |
| DN 125 / DN 150 / DN 200 | Main tank–conservator oil line, large coolers |
| Flange pattern / body & seal materials / torque data | TBD* — per factory datasheet, PDF on request |
* To be confirmed per order. Tell us the pipe diameter and mating flange standard (e.g. GB, DIN, ANSI) — we match before quoting.
Frequently Asked
Will it match our existing pipe flanges?
Send us the bore size and a photo or drawing of the mating flange — we confirm the drilling pattern and gasket before you order.
Can we mix valve sizes in one shipment?
Yes — mixed sizes are common on transformer projects and ship consolidated with your other accessories (relay, PRV, gauge, breather) in one consignment.
Need DN80 butterfly valves for a retrofit?
Send the bore size and flange standard — priced offer within 24 hours.
